Ingredients:
1/2 kl. pork loin (or liempo)
6 pcs. tofu cut into cubes (or depends on how much do u like)
1 clove garlic crashed
1 onion sliced 
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
Cooking oil ( for frying tofu and sauteing)
Lettuce leaves (tear or cut it like pork strips size)
Pepper
Chili (optional)
1/2 cup of water 

Procedure:
1. Deep fry the tofu but not to make it too crispy. Then set aside
2. Same pan, sauté the pork strips with garlic and onion for 5-10 mins. Add soy sauce, pepper, vinegar and let it simmer for 5 mins.
3. Put in tofu
4. Add seasonings to reach the desired taste.
5. Add the lettuce and wait till its half cook.
